We found the inspiration for our gelateria during our family visits to Italy. Our goal: offer

delicious ice cream in many flavors. On June 20, 1993, Vivaldi's opened its doors in the Hoofdstraat in Noordwijk aan zee. We did not only sell ice cream, but also provided breakfast, lunch and dinner.

 

Two years later we opened another ice cream parlor on the Boulevard of Noordwijk. A shop purely based on ice cream available in over 40 different flavors. We found out that selling ice cream is what we liked most, so we sold our lunchroom in the Hoofdstraat in order to solely focus on ice cream.

 

In 2005, two Pistacchio ice cream kiosks and an ice cream factory in Katwijk aan Zee were added. From that moment on, we were able to produce our own ice cream, come up with new recipes and improve old formulas. In 2018, we expanded by moving our factory to a bigger space located in 't Heen in Katwijk.

 

Our recipes and flavors are continuously being improved. Our ice cream is prepared in-house in a traditional way, which you are able to taste in our products. We're lucky to have been able to turn our passion into our work and hope we can keep doing this for many more years!
